Q: Why are stock pictures lower in price than event pictures?

A: Stock images are captured at the photographer's discretion.

Q: I can't access my prints.

A: Please contact us via phone or email. Our hosting service may be performing routine maintenance or there may be a character discrepancy in your username or password.

Q: Can web-ready images be printed out on photo paper?

A: Yes, they can, however, the image will look distorted or "grainy".  Web-ready images are more suited for promotional photographs placed on commercial websites or other computer or web specific display.

Q: Can images be emailed?

A: We do not email images at this time.

Q: Do you photograph Seniors?

A: Yes.

Q: What locations do you use?

A: The location is up to the individual(s), however, we can make recommendations.

Q: How long will prints last?

A: Under proper display conditions, out of direct sunlight, prints will last for decades.All materials - ink, paper, mat board, mounting board, and adhesives - are all acid free and archive quality.

Q: Can I view and order additional images from past sessions or events?

A: Yes. We archive images. Please contact us, and we will re-post the images for you.
