Payment is due at time of order - check or money order. Please do not send cash.
Order form cannot be completed online, it must be printed out and filled in.
Please remember to include sales tax at a rate of 5.55%.
Add an additional $5.00, to the total order, if you would like your photograph(s) or CD mailed instead of picking them up. Additional shipping and handling charges will apply to Gallery prints.
